NHS: CLATTERBRIDGE CANCER CENTRE

Summary
We worked with the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust to re-architect how they link into the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) work, with a view to making them more resilient.
Our design work flows around both re-architecting the existing kit and also recommendations around what changes could be considered for further improvements.
We ensure we re-use as much as we can but whilst also future proofing the design.

Summary
Yeo Valley requested a full review of their operational systems with a view to improving security & safety of their IT systems.
The team carried out a full OT audit, which consisted of a comprehensive assessment of the IT infrastructure, processes, and security measures – with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
We identified weaknesses, risks, and areas for improvement, and re-architected their OT security to provide a more secure system, assurance to the business that the systems were fit for purpose and delivering cost savings from minimised downtime or risk of system breakdowns.

Following growth and new machinery, the client wanted to review how their OT network hung together to ensure they could access all the valuable info out of the machines that they needed – from how much stuff they were making, to what temperature it was made at, and more).
The audit: Our team spent a few days on site running the audit, then a week documenting the tools and processes, in order to provide complete visibility on how the network was set up and how to access all the necessary information and utilise it as and when it was required.
