Working within Healthcare, with a small team we came across issues including knowledge, time and resource. We contacted several consultancy network companies and had a few taster days. We met with GS-Net and felt at home with them. They soon picked up our network and we felt as if they had been working on it for years.

After a few ad-hoc days we decided we wanted that extra protection for our small team, in terms of assistance or a go-to-person. GS-Net agreed to help us on a yearly basis. The team offered us an annual contact that would allow us to contact them for assistance. This could be a quick simple question or something more complex.

GS-Net provide us with that security blanket and help when needed. If we have a bigger project the team will work around our schedule to fit into the scope of works, this is sometimes late at night or early morning.

The main thing we have gained as a customer of GS-Net is the security and knowledge of experts at the end of a phone or email. GS-Net work to what we need. They can do a full a project from start to finish, assist us with a project or give advice on a project. All as valuable as each other with the knowledge and understanding of our network.

I would highly recommend working with GS-Net. Being a customer has enabled us to do so much more with our network and have the confidence to keep doing more.
